Coaching

Amanda’s coaching is informed by her deep research and her experiences as a teacher and working with mindfulness. Her coachees include:

  • CEOs and next level leaders in small, medium and large organisations

  • senior professionals in areas such as medicine and the law whose roles are demanding more leadership

  • entrepreneurs keen to move from being ideas people to running a business

  • academics moving into leadership roles

  • leaders wanting to take stock, find more fulfilment in their roles or make big life transitions

Coaching relationships can be intensive and focused on a particular challenge facing a leader, for example, assuming a new role, or long-term relationships spanning many years.
